About the Canapés:

As I lifted the lid of the ornate box, my nostrils were met with the rich aroma of fresh salmon and spicy chilli. I couldn't wait to taste the Spicy Salmon that was laid out before me.

I picked up one of the perfectly crafted pieces, the flesh was cooked to perfection and just glistened in the light. Placing it on top of the crispy rice, I then added a generous spoonful of salmon tartare. The creamy and slightly tangy flavours of the tartare mixed perfectly with the spiciness of the chilli, it was a flavour explosion in my mouth.

But that wasn't all, I drizzled some mayonnaise on top of the piece, it was smooth and velvety which gave a creamy texture and took the dish to a whole new level. To top it off, I garnished the plate with finely chopped spring onions.

As I took a bite, I savoured every flavour and texture. It was an exquisite dish that exceeded all of my expectations. Each piece was crafted with precision and care, making it the perfect combination of flavour and texture. It was truly a dish that I would not forget, and I looked forward to coming back and tasting it again.
